What we collect
This site does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it loads nothing from third parties. The only personal data we receive is what you send us yourself by email, for example when you join the waitlist: your name, email address and anything you write in your message.
Why we use it
We use your details only to answer you, to keep you informed about Nomus while you are on the waitlist, and to follow up if you ask us to. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by emailing us, and our legitimate interest in replying to requests.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist emails until Nomus launches, or until you ask us to remove you, and at most 24 months. Other correspondence we keep as long as needed for the conversation and our legal obligations.
Who can see it
Your email is handled by our email provider, [mailprovider], and the site is hosted by [hostingpartij]. Both process data within the European Union on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it, by emailing info@nomus-ai.com. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
